SHELL GARAGE - PROTEA GLEN, SOWETO.

My name is Sheriff Shabane from Soweto.

I had a terrible experience yesterday Sunday night at Shell Garage, Protea Gen. I ended up not being assisted to pour fuel and had to find an alternative garage in the area.

The attendant (Mduduzi) wanted me to move out of the bouser claiming that the taxi was suppose to pour before me. This taxi was not in the queue but happen to be Mduduzi's known taxi driver. They were referring to each other as Mzala (which means cousin or friend). The taxi driver instructed Mduduzi not to pour fuel for me and Mduduzi acted as such. He left me unattended for quiet some time and poured for everyone else including the concerned taxi from other fueling points.

He came back and shouted at me, but never poured me the fuel that I was there for. He left me stranded again... then I decided to drive off to the nearest Engen garage. I am a loyal customer of Shell but I am currently going to avoid the Shell Garage Protea Glen. Mduduzi need to be trained on customer service and learn to treat customers equally without favoritism.
