Shell garage (Protea Gardens mall)

I have had multiple experience of terrible service at the Shell garage, situated at Protea Gardens Mall, Soweto. They just leave you parked there forever, without anyone attending to you and when they finally decide that they want to attend to you, they are terribly slow. Can the staff at Shell garage, Protea Gardens please receive immediate training on how to attend to customers. It is extremely annoying, especially when you have to be at work. My sister has also shared the same experience at that same garage,
