Shell Garage Marlboro Westbound Worse Service

On the 14th June 2024 I went to Shell Garage Marlboro Westbound and poured petrol twice in one visit, the first which I swiped with the bank card then afterwards for with points, the petrol attendant poured for the first time came to my window and I asked if we can pour again with the points and he did.

Afterwards he did not properly close the petrol cap and it broke along the way while driving due to the wind as I was traveling a long distance. Got into contact with Shell, I asked for the videos and the first video shows the attendant pouring, closing the cap and opening for the second time. They then cut the video sent me a second video using the side where we will not even see the cap being closed.

I had to buy a new cap, respray it and fit it and that cost me R1170 which Shell is not willing to pay me back my money. Was in contact with the supervisor and owners of the garage and they are refusing to pay me back the money I spent to repair the cap and saying they will not take responsibility and its not their fault or the attendant's fault. After respraying my car has two different colours now all thanks to Shell.
