Shell garage laudium and pathetic service

I left a friend's house and on my way home I realized that my Tyre was leaking air badly and went to the shell garage in laudium to fill air only to find out that someone slit my Tyre with a knife . And when I asked the attendants to help me put the spare wheel on they said they were not trained to do that and they don't get paid for that. I ended up spending the whole night at the garage and the attendants were rather laughing and avoiding me eventually it was morning and shifts changed but the morning shift guys did the same thing and ignored me, so I asked fr the manager or supervisor. He told me that I have to give them a R50 to help change the Tyre otherwise they won't help. I was shocked and left the shell garage and drove to the engen garage to try and get the help from them and to my surprise they helped me out without even having to ask . I told them that I was going to report them and they laughed and told me to go do whatever I wanted to and continued making a joke of me. The one attendant told me that he will not help me because 2 weeks before this incident I couldn't decide which chocolate I wanted and swapped it, I made his life very difficult. I was shocked but apologized and wanted to shake his hand but he refused and said he wasn't ready to forgive me.. I really am disgusted with shell and thr attendants with horrible attitudes.
