Shell garage Lambton

Took my car for a car wash just now at shell garage in Lambton. They cracked my windscreen. The manager said they are not responsible as I do not have evidence that its jsus happened. And he walk away without another word. Not claiming responsablity. I was there with my car in the washing bay so where does he suppose it happend.... they were still busy with the washing.
