Shell Garage - Jabulani Mall, Soweto

I went to Shell in Jabulani Mall and asked to be poured R100 unleaded 95, the petrol attendant messed me up, no drop of petrol went into my tank, fortunate enough I noticed that as I was about to exit the petrol station, I went back and approached the guy, he (Thabo) insisted he poured yet my petrol bars were still as they were when I got to the garage. I asked to see the manager, the manager (no nametag) told me there is nothing he can do if the attendant says he poured and just dismissed me. I tried making him see reason and go through the readings to prove my "allegations" and he did not budge. I left the garage very angry and unhappy with how this matter was handled.

It's okay, I lost the money but I am more concerned about the next victims, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
