Shell garage in Nu5

I was in the store trying to book bus tickets than my daughter came to me say she not feeling well I ask the cashier to show me the bathroom but before we could reach she vomited right the inside the store ...to my surprise the stuff just flocked behind the counter and watch no-one came and assist me..i was told to clean up her mesd I first had but a toilet paper and water to clean her up coz there were no water in the bathroom no sanitizer nothing I am shocked. So all I got was a bucket with a mop that did not even had hair on this people really stunt me no asking if she ok nothing....what happen to customer service
