Before i destroy lives on Tik tok i thought i should engage you and understand how you operate.

I have in previous time had the worst service at shell highgate but ignored it,today i was pushed to the limit.in the past i was told that they do not pour petrol to clients after 9pm after several disputes i would be assisted.

About today!!

1.i drove in to your station and met by a rude pregnant lady on insisted on speak zulu to me,is Zulu you preferred communication language? 2.she said to me that they have had not petrol since Monday thus meaning i cannot be assisted,i immediately knew she was lying as i have had similar instances with your attendance before bare in mind she is screaming at me from her office door. 3.since i couldn’t hear here i went out and went to her office/door she got very aggressive when i told she was lying. 4.Sibusiso came out to difuse the situation he himself went on to say theres no petrol but i could see they had just poured petrol,the issue here was the car i was driving “a golf 1”..not recognising me from the previous incident they stuck to their story that there’s no petrol.

I left because i didn’t wana cause a scene bare in mind its 9pm at night,fearing that i would be stuck on the side of the road i proceeded and drive to a FUNCTIONAL garage and got help.

I want to know from you!

Can you confirm that you didn’t have petrol at 9pm 18-09-2024 or was it your staff members that are lazy and being paid to sleep overnight?

Furthermore can you confirm if you don’t take cards after 9pm.

Id appreciate if you can call me and explain all of this to me ***

Failure to do so i will take to tik tok and destroy lifes,being the nice guy i am i thought it will be fit to understand your processes and procedures first before i put your employees on the spot

You need to do something about the pregnant rude lady..take her back for further training!

The biggest issue here was my car ,trust me when i pull up in my other car they always nice and smiling.

Do you train your staff members to assist clients based on the type of cars they drive ,you should learn a thing or 2 from Sasol garages,no wonder you cannot survive in the SA market
