Shell Garage Hermens Motors in Pietermaritzburg on Commercial Street needs to change their bad service

I had the most horrible experience with this service station in September, I had went out of town but forgot to get the petrol slip. I went back 2days after to pleade with the staff and got such horrible attitude from the cashier's not wanting to assist and kept being referred to the next person with no willingness to help me after initially showing signs that they could if only I knew who had assisted me The cashier then asked me if I remember the person who helped me I called him from outside, me assuming that would help in any way since I was carrying the slip that you get after swiping for Clicks points, the petrol attendant was then summoned to go to the managers office I'm not sure what was said to him. The cashier in the front told me it will be too much of a job to try and find the slip and that's not her job to do since the person who was working as the cashier is not even around she had no business in this and she clearly was willing to help. Eventually the manager who was an Indian lady came and spoke to me with a very unpleasant attitude interrogating me about what had happened immediately she then said with a loud voice that she can't help and there's no way that they must go back and retrieve a slip. I told her the Clicks loyalty points slip has time reference and if they look at that particular time they may find this information but she said it's impossible to do as it's not on the system anymore, which was strange because it had only been 2days as I had filled in petrol on a Sunday and came back to town on Tuesday morning and the first thing I did was go to the service station. I found that this manager was very unprofessional on how she handled the whole thing as I needed the slip for returns at work however her desire to help was non existent and she was particularly very annoyed.
