Shell Garage Ceres

Looking at my cars fin and back bumper I am actually frustrated about how shell garage handled the situation. I came in to the garage to through in petrol and one of their attendants put a pole up against the petrol pump. I threw in petrol and as I was paying the pole hit my back window (luckily no damage) and damaged my fin and back bumper. I asked them to throw in R50 petrol for free and I'd leave it. They did not apologize nor handle the siuation. Please note I just resprayed my fin that same week. Couldve done more but nothing was done about the situation. And I always throw petrol in shell wherever I go yet this is how you treat a loyal customer, as if it was my fault your guys were negligent.
