Shell garage campground road Rondebosch Cape Town utter disgusting treatment of customers

I was at the petrol station in campground road Rondebosch and the attendant at the station scratched my car when I called the manager afreado he told me to come in when I came in he then told me it’s between me and the petrol attendant I advised him that the staff member is employed by the garage therefore he as the manager takes responsibility of the staff members actions I think it’s disgusting that a brand like shell and a franchise manager response in that manner I think shell has lost my respect
