Shell Garage Blairgowrie not honouring Discovery Drive Vitality card nor Clicks Clubcard

<p>I went to fill up at Shell Blairgowrie and was refused the use of my Clicks Clubcard as well as my Discovery Drive Vitality Card - both cards.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told the management do not honour the agreement they have with Clicks nor with Discovery.</p> <p>I subsequently phoned Discovery - they will investigate as I was the 3rd client in an hour to have phoned in and complained and may strike this garage off their books.</p> <p>I have also emailed the same complaint to Clicks Clubcard department and await both Discovery and Clicks response.</p> <p>In the meantime, I have posted on facebook the following "DON'T fill up at SHELL BLAIRGOWRIE on Conrad Drive. That Shell Garage does not honour your Discovery Drive Vitality card nor your Clicks Clubcard although all Shell Petrol Stations are Discovery Insure and Clicks Clubcard partners. I went to fill up there today and upon paying was told that my Discovery Drive Vitality card will not be swiped or honoured nor my Clicks Clubcard. I subsequently phoned Discovery Insure and was told I was the 3rd member in 1 hour to have phoned in and complained. You lose your Clicks Clubcard payback and your Discovery Drive Vitality payback.</p> <p>If the owners of that petrol station are soooooo stingy as not to honour agreements they enter into, then perhaps the public should avoid them."</p> <p> </p> <p>I think the public at large should boycott this petrol station as they do not honour agreements entered into.</p> <p> </p>
