Shell Garage Ba***eng Plaza

On Sunday I went to your Ba***eng Plaza (Phokeng) station. Wow I drove in form the mall direction and went onto the next available pump. When I got there the attendant(Emmanuel) told me he could not help me because he has reserved the pump for the other guy. I refused to move as I was already there. He then told me secondly, he could not help me because I came from the wrong direction. In my deliberation with him, I asked for a clear explanation as when you are driving from the mall side, there's no direction signs saying which way not to go. I asked to see management, he left me there. In a few minutes second attendant came (Oratile) he was willing to help. However, he started the wrong direction story. I stopped him there and asked for manager. Few minutes later, 3rd guy came. I immediately asked for a manager. He screamed "Sbuda please come for a customer". Somebody rep**** "Don't assist that one" Then I made a decision to leave without fuel. I believe fuel is the primary business for Shell. When I am a customer at a pump with the tank next to the pump. That's it. I am a paying customer for this treatment. I believe I did all that my few cent deserved. I drove in the right direction as per direction arrows. So I was blatantly refused a service... I
