SHELL GARAGE AT UMVOTI BAD TREATEMENT

I normally uses shell garages on N2 when I go to home eMpangeni but on the 13 of December 2019 I experienced a bad treatment from staff or supervisor who was wearing a different white shirt. Between 2pm & 3pm I was coming from eMpangeni to Durban where I passed Shell at umvoti to fill up a full tank. I parked my car at petrol pump 3 while waiting for a service there was a car who went in pump 1. Then this gentlemen whom I requested red cards he was offering to motorist for points while he was assisting a car in pump 4, when he came back to cash up he went straight to pump 1 & when I told him that I came first he did not bother but he responded with attitude. I end up not putting full tank & also not registering the red card for point & putted R200 & leave. On my way I told him to look at the cameras I came first he just ignored me
