Shell garage

I was @shell and perchase petrol , I used my card to make transaction bt all in all bt card debit 2 times , and @shell they told me tht I must go to the bank, hw come I go to the bank ?cz I have problem @garage.... They refuse to help me, also @bank ,so wht mst I do , cz I want my money
