Shell Garage **********

On Saturday, 15 April 2023 I filled my car at Shell garage Durban North next Hyper by the Sea, and I paid with my bank card and the money was deducted from my account but on their side it wasn't reflecting,so I paid them in cash.They promised to pay me back or get it reversed by the 18th of April 2023.There was no reversal done or call made on the promised date..I then went back on the 21st I was told the manager (Keith) wasn't in,they tried to call him and they said he wasnt answering his calls.I was asked to write a statement on their book..only to find out that there were plenty of similar incidents that were on that book.again I was told I was going to receive a call the following day, up until today there hasn't been any communication. I have been loyal to Shell garage gas station for years and I didn't know this is what they stand for, taking money from their customers and give them attitude when they ask for their money.
