Day light ******* and poor poor service, so disrespectful , today it was my first time pouring petrol in SHELL Garage Foster Robertsville l since i started driving and i will never ever again in my life, The guy who poured petrol don't know, how he did it but i had no petrol in my car R300 i took pictures, drove thinking it will pick up still nothing, got too work took pic again then called the garage asked for manager Mr. (Chichi) and Linda explained the story he then advise me to send them email with slip and pictures i took too, after an hour of not getting reply i called back regarding the mail, they said managers where still in meeting i waited then still no reply i then called again my call was been dropped many times , i spoke to , Abraham , David too then at 12pm i was advised i should come back when i knock off so i see footage and also check my guage if its working or not and they asked me to take picture of kilometers before i leave work which i did. After work i straight went there, GOT A VERY RUDE GUY, didn't want to come out to talk he just told go home come back tomorrow so we can see and talk to resolve this i told him i don't have petrol to go home and pour R200 so we can test the thing you saying my gauge is not working i will pay they refused, Supervisor was not even attending us he kept passing me while standing there not talking to me, I felt so undermined the fact that im just a Young ,Black woman who has a Learner sticker too. from the service i got in the morning when they wanted my R300 to the one i got in the evening it was way Disrespectful honestly, Until my Husband came forced them to pour petrol of R200 to see this Gage thing they are talking about .Petrol was poured after fighting them for 1hour 30min, Supervisor was nowhere to be found he didn't even come to check the gauge thing they where talking about cause he was hiding. We left matter was not resolved no call i got too till now, Tomorrow morning will go back. They are ****** they took my R300.and poured water in my car.
