Shell Fomiss car wash Aeroton left my car with scratches

I took my car to a fomiss shell car wash at Aeroton and when I went to pick it up my car had scratches. It was wiped with a cloth that could have had tiny dust particles. I made the supervisor aware but she told me she won't entertain it it can't be them. I even made her aware that I know of scratches that my care already had, I wouldn't just make up stories. But she was not interested. I don't know how to escalate this before I make it a legal matter.
