Shell filled my car with contaminated fuel

Dear Shell,

Your site in Lenasia filled contaminated Unleaded 95 into my Audi which caused my injectors to malfunction costing me R2600 each x4 ,excluding labour. The owner unfortunately says he spoke to shell but with no reference number or anything, just told me that shell says there isn't anything wrong with the fuel, Nevertheless i have contacted the Department if energy regarding this matter as well.
