Shell Ferrari promo a complete *******

Shell ran a Ferrari promo which was a complete *******. I received my sms with the one time pin on the 27th of October 2021. Every garage I visited to collect my Ferrari car was out of stock. Initial it was stated that the promo will last till the end on November 2021 so i was expecting another sms on Sunday the 21st of November as that would have been my 6th fill of 400 or more since my last sms. I didn’t receive it and i called the call center only to be advised that they had ended the promotion prematurely.

Thanks for misleading your customers. Really disappointed with the level of service from you guys as when you ram the promo there were advertising everywhere. But since you decided to end the promo, there’s been nothing to inform the customers of the cancellation.
