Shell Faulty Fuel Tanks/Pumps

My husband went to Shell Kwanobuhle, this is what happened in his words:

23rd September I went to refill my car and the gauge of the car didnt reflect that I had just refilled, the Manager did not want to acknowledge that their Fuel Pumps are faulty and that they fuel did not even come of the pumps. They asked that I drive,while I told them the car had no fuel,they asked that I drive away to test my gauge. I told them I can't drive,move from place of safety, and be stranded with a car that has no fuel. I drive to the nearest refill station and the gauge of my car reflected that I have just refilled from that station, something that did not happen when I refilled at Shell. They wanted and tried to blame the Car gauge. And the worked at Sasol Garage,proving that Shell didnt refuel my car . They refused to reimburse me or test another fuel pump,to prove that the car is faulty or their pumps are faulty. And the car's fuel tank was still empty,even after they claimed to have refilled on that faulty tank.
