Shell escuses to fill up with Diesel

So I pulled in to Shell Hillcrest KZN on the main road at 00H20 to fill up with Diesel.OK so it was early hours. This is the main Shell in Hillcrest on the main road. First excuse cannot help as the attendant thinks they are not on line. This was even before I indicated if I was going to pay cash or by card and if I wanted a full tank or anything. So I said please find out. He came back after a long conversation with the lady in the office. Then there was something on the lines of they can only take small transactions due to another problem. No mention of what a small transaction was and if it was cash or card.

The whole situation appeared to be they were too lazy to provide a service and did not want the hassle of working at 00H20 and were making any excuse.

If that is the case there are two options. Shell gets employees prepared to assist at 00H20, or Shell shuts that Service station and leaves it to a company prepared to provide a service. All interaction indicated it was a problem I pulled in to fill up and disturbed their lives. So I left and filled up with an opposition service provider. Will not use shell from now on if this is their attitude to customers.
