SHELL DALPARK POOR SERVICE

I have chosen 1 star, because i could not rate zero. Yesterday afternoon i had a very unproffesional experience at Caltex Dalpark. I asked for R200 diesel. When the guy (Benedict) was done and i paid, he said "but you said R300....i said no, i asked for R200, i had passengers who confirmed this to the Manager (not helpful at all) So i gave him the R300. He turned around an mumbled and i asked him"Sorry what did you say"he looked at me, klicking his tongue and spoke in his language, turned around and ignored me. I got out of my car and asked to see the manager. She came out and called him, he was standing around as if he did not hear her....i said to her that the service is extremely poor and i would report this, she actually just laughed at me. i got in my car, and it was if is this was a big joke, as they just laughed. I can tell you i will never support Caltex again, if the nessesary measures are not taken towards this branch
