Shell Customer Service

My wife had a problem with her car overheating yesterday and pulled into the first service station she came to - Shell Garage, corner Constantia & Gabriel Rds, Wynberg, Cape Town. She was told that they are not allowed to top up the car's water and that she needed to purchase water at their shop which she did. This attitude not to assist a customer in distress, specifically a woman, I find disgusting. If they can't spare 1.5L of water, then they have a serious business attitude problem. As a Shell customer, this now comes to an end
