Shell could not carry through so called Ferrari promotion

Good evening

Im utterly disappointed in both the Shell garages in Witbank/Emalahleni. From the start of the Ferrari promotion I have filled my vehicles at Shell. When the promotion started they told me that they dont have stickers yet. When they eventually got stickers I got 2 stickers. By the 3rd fill up they told me again the stickers are out of stock, but can give me a slip. When I enquired about the cars they told me they are out of stock and didn't receive enough. And within 2 weeks the models were out of stock. After moving my vehicles to Shell for the promotion, as I am a collector of models, Shell cannot assist us in the models. This is very disappointing. And if they only send a lousy amount of models, Shell must not even bother to run a promotion like that. Or were there *******ion again where stickers and models given to every Tom **** and Harry friend of the attendants. I would like the manager to contact me regarding this, after we have now spend an amount of money for nothing at Shell.
