Shell century city service sucks

I am disgusted by the petrol attendants at shell century city. These attendants are extremely rude when attending to you. 1. They don't ask for your rewards card at all 2. They don't offer to clean your windows or offer any of the normal extras u get at other garages 3. They almost force u to give them a tip and if u don't they get upset and almost chase u away 4. This has been the case for a while already and I am sure more people have complained but it is evident the owner and shell don't care .. I would like the owner of that shell to call me to apologize for the way his attendants behave as no doubt they get their instructions from him.
