SHELL BRYANSTON

Shell Bryanston. Utterly poor service from the forecourt attendant AND the manager. I stopped at the service station and asked for R500 Shell Diesel Extra. The attendant took the keys to put in diesel. I noticed that he took the V-Power nozzle. I stopped him in time as he was not putting in what I had asked for. I then asked to speak to the manager and a supervisor was called. Once I explained what the problem was suddenly he called the manager. The manager did not introduce himself, just asked what the problem was. When the manager confronted the attendant, the attendant made out that he did tell me that they do not have Shell Extra. This was a blatant lie. Seems that no one at this service station knows how to address customers and have a serious communication problem amongst themselves.
