Shell Bothaville Service

I went to Shell Bothaville on the 8/05/2025 just after 17:00 to re-fill the diesel, and waited for about 10 mins en no one was willing to attend to me, instead they just looked at me en other were just ignoring me but the worst is that they were attending to other cars, and then I went out of car to check the rear Tyre, but still no one was able to come en help me. After sometime I drove off without saying anything. So I'm very disappointed in Shell Bothaville, because I never refill at any fuel station except Shell. If the owner could check the cameras between 17:00 en 17:45 , he will see for how long has the Gold BMW X5 waited, en how ******** was the petrol attendants as no one bother to come assist me.
