Shell Bela Bela, bad service

I am a very disappointed client, I went to shell and Triangle in Bela Bela, on the 4th. They did not put in fuel, I went back and they filled it up. Again today I was there, the employee was back chatting my mother when she was talking to me about how bad the experience was the other day. I really did not appreciate how a person can be so rude, as a petrol station worker, he's job was to fill up my petrol not talk bad to a client. I will never ever go to shell garage again. They need to practise Ubuntu.
