Shell and Santam , what a joke

If there was a negative rating I would give it. Let me highlight trail of events: In Early July my husband used the Shell Service Station in Hugo Street Goodwood , Cape Town. This station if owned by a gentleman by the name of Mr John Lloyd. My husband drives a Diesel ford ranger and upon requesting Diesel , Petrol was put in instead. You can imagine the impact of this. When notifying the owner not only was I met with a complete lack of empathy, i was handed over a broker to deal with and this woman is Natalee Kamieth. She is supposed to have been the middle man but this matter remains unresolved more than 3 months later. Santam , who is Mr Lloyds ,insurer has to date still not resolved this issue. The sad part of it all is that as a consumer there is little to no empathy, and most definitely no adequate communication. Our Money is good enough to support and help your businesses grow but you cannot take the time to resolve issues efficiently. Utterly disgusted. I am not sure if this lack of urgency is due to just not caring , or if its because I'm not "white" because that may just be the reality
