Severe Bad Service

On Monday morning passed by Shell Winchester Gardens I pulled up as usual grab snacks for the kids to school and at the counter I was attended by a cashier called Happiness,as usual the lady is so rude as I was kindly asking why are you being rude to me as if I did something wrong,the other lady customer intervened and said she is also wondering they always use her as the face of the company as she always act weirded to everyone always, I swiftly left time was against my side ,so please Shell kindly act on the lady as it's seems she is nuisance Tk our community we live in,we can not drive far from where we live just because of someone who come with her issues at work.I haven't noticed her face regularly but the other customers as we were going out signalled to me that she has been around for a while and it's how she act and the management seem to be reluctant thus why we taking further to Shell.
