Service refusal

My vehicle went without fuel 20 meters from the shell, they refused to sell me fuel because of a savety policy, they also do not sell or hire the correct petrol cans, showed no interest to assist me, the manager didn't even want to come out to assist,me and my 2 children had to walk to other businesses to ask for a proper petrol bottle, there is no shops in the close vicinity, I had to ask a car dealership for a petrol bottle, when I returned they said they cant give me petrol because I can only pay cash and not with a feul card, I had the km reading and reg. no with me, they still refused me assistance, 40 mins had passed, I had to walk with my kids back to the car dealership, I had either to arrange for towing service or push the car up a incline, a random civilian towed me, 50 mins passed, I purchased 3 liters of feul just to get out of there, I do feel that their pathetic and somewhat deliberate refusal of service placed me in a real difficult and highly unrealistic situation. I will never use their product or service, and also avoid other Shell service stations as far possible.
