service delivery

<p>got to the shell at protea south this morning just after 5:15am there was only one guy working and the rest were inside. i then went to call someone to assist. No one cared, one guy was busy writing something and another girl sitting on top a fridge. i waited and waited....finally the same guy who was writing came to me no greeting and i then asked him why he refused to come when i called him??? he told me i had to wait till he finishes up what he was doing before he can help me...5am kind of service... i told him he needed to service me then go back to what he was doing he started talking ****...i told him you are telling me bull. there is a lot of unemployment in the country and people that are working do not appreciate . i am furious of the kind of service i cam across this morning. i did not know that customers can wait to be served while the staff chills. a month ago the same staff was sleeping when i got there...imagine..</p>
