Service at Shell Sandurst is the worst

So my husband and i in our Nissan Np200 stop at shell samdhurst, which we have been using for the last 8 years. Two attendants were checking out their phones while we waited there food r over 5 minutes. I guy comes in a nice suv and one of the attendants ran almost breaking his leg trying to that car. My husband had to get out the car to get service and at that time I was already upset. We will never make use of that garage again! Teach your people everyone is equal!
