Service
Useless bunch of people. BAD SERVICE received at Shell service station in 130 Buitekant Street, Gardens, Cape Town.
On the morning of Saturday the 8th I went to fill up my car and I was assisted by Siyabela. He then asked me to go and make a payment inside because the card machines outside were not working. I was rudely told by a cashier named Thamila that I'm not supposed to make a payment inside.
I then told her that I was sent by her colleague and i asked her if she wants me to leave without paying for fuel because according to her I am not "suppose to be paying inside".
She asked me why am I "angry" and that I must "not take out my frustrations" on her and it's the end of a shift for her therefore I must "not spoil her day".
I demanded to see a manager or supervisor but non of them was on duty. One of the cashier's gave me Thulani's number and I made contact with him the same day and told him what had happened and that I demand an apology from the cashier (Thamela). On Sunday the 9th I contacted Thulani and requested a feedback he told me he was not in Cape Town and that he'll be arriving later that night i.e. last night. But since then I haven't heard anything from him.
I just phoned the head office and spoke to Ongametse (Onhlametse) and he was just as useless, telling me that the staff at service stations are not employed by shell. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED by a PATHETIC SERVICE received from all persons mentioned.
