Seems Shell /Adlem Auto dont value their customers especially if you are white.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received at Shell Homelake/Adlem Auto. Unfortunately, I've experienced what appears to be discriminatory behavior from the forecourt attendants, who seem to treat white customers with disrespect.

Here are some specific incidents:

1. Attendees would often instruct me to move my car after I'd already positioned it correctly, using a demanding tone. 2. On one occasion, an attendant told me to pull out despite being parked at a safe distance from the pump. 3. Another attendant filled my car with petrol beyond the auto-click point, causing fuel to spill over. 4. Today, I attempted to have my tire pressures checked, but the attendant (Titus/Tinius) responded with a bad attitude, failing to greet me or acknowledge my request.

In contrast, I visited another service station and received prompt, friendly service, including a windscreen cleaning without asking.

Shell Homelake/Adlem Auto needs to address their service issues and ensure that all customers receive respectful treatment.
