Rude owner and employees of Shell Boskruin

Shell Boskruin Motors has the worst customer service. The owner and the staff have a stinking attitude. I went there to fill up my car, I waited near the pump for more than 3 minutes. When one of the employees finally came to assist he went straight to the car that was just pulling in next to me instead of assisting me. When I hooted to try and alert him that I was waiting, he commented to the customer that I am harassing him. He plainly ignored me without even apologising that he maybe did not notice.

What angered me the most was him talking to the other customer right next to me. When I called to complain, the owner was not only rude but clearly took his employee’s side. That Gabriel is not like that, we exchanged words, he was clearly saying I’m angry and I can believe what I want.
