Rude manager

20/02/2024 I went to shell garage at Witbank to buy using my vplus card, there was a guy at the next till who was also using the same card and for some reason his card declined. The manager of that store was the one helping me at the till and when she realised that I was also using a vplus card the told me that she won’t help me because I also saw with the other guy that it’s not working and she doesn’t want her store to have voids I was shocked because even the way that she told me was so rude and disrespectful. I told that that it doesn’t make sense to that she doesn’t want to help just because the other guy had a issue with his card she should at least try my card that lady refused even the other girl was taking her side saying that the vplus is offline I insisted and she said to me that she will help me but if it declines I must pay cash cause she won’t do any void for me she was soooo rude and shouting at me. She tried the card and it worked I am soo disappointed and disgusting by the way that lady treated me a whole manager of the store she has zero respect for her customers zero. I don’t understand why a full grown woman would talk to me like she’s talking to her 10 year old daughter I highly doubt that she even speaks to her kids like that she disrespected me in all ways
