Rude Manager

Yesterday the 9th of October 2017 I went to the shell garage in hillbrow. I was attended to by a very jolly and friendly petrol attendant Lazarus. Who asked me if he should fill up with 95 unleaded as a joke and asked if a had a clicks club card I said no leave that clicks thing, Just put 200 ZAR I left him and went in to the store bought airtime and came out only to find him still pouring fuel to my surprise it was well off the 500 zar mark.

I stopped him as I noticed asked him whats going on? He said I thought you said full tank I said no I only wanted 200zar before arguing he fetched he's supervisor and we spoke it through and I explained that I only had 250ZAR on me hence I only asked for 200zar. The conclusion was I'd pay 240ZAR on the spot as the total was 538zar and I'd pay the 300 balance during the course of this week as I understand that mistakes happen it wouldn't be fair to be the sole benefactor of someone else's mishave.

This morning at 07:09 I received a call from Kabelo Mavuso. Who said "Hi Tsepo you speaking to Kabelo from Shell I want to know when are you going to pay your balance on the money you owe?"

I said ma'am I don't know you and I don't understand why you are calling me, I had an arrangement with the Lazarus and he's supervisor and I will be sticking to that arrangements.

She then threaten me by saying "well if you are not going to pay I'm going to report you."

I said to her not once did I say I won't paying. She hung up while I was talking.

I called back the second time tried to speak to her however she was speaking above my voice on the call and didn't give me a chance to talk. I said listen to me as I called you! She said I can hung up anytime and did exactly that.

So I'm now going to have to open a case of Deformation of charactor as a safety measures for my own sanity

This lady really needs to go for some or other kind of customer communication s****s as she's rude and will definitely cost you customers.
