RUDE EMPLOYEE

I just went to buy a pie at Shell Garage,Constantia Kloof . I asked the lady by the name of Lorraine if there were any pies available. She said "They are in the stove" I then asked 'are you baking or warming them for customers" she again rep**** that "They are in the stove" I got upset and told her that if I worked with pies I'd know what they were doing in the stove. I then asked her how long will, they take before they are ready?" she rep**** "when the bell goes off" instead of saying I am sorry let me check how long they will take. She back chatted me instead of apologizing!! I AM VERY FURIOUS AT THE KIND OF $%@# SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM HER. She also seemed a bit occupied with her phone or something in her hands. An older gentleman ZCC took the pies out and asked if I still needed a pie they are ready. He gave good service. I hope this review will be attended to!! I will follow up
