Rude attendant

I have never felt the way I felt yesterday in my life. I go to a shell garage that I use frequently at Constantia cnr Hendrik Potgieter and 14th Florida roodeport not far from my work place at Clearwater Mall. Greet the attendant and ask for R100 95 realizing my mistake I say no please make it 93. He repeats and say 93 and I said yes R100 93. He comes back I give him a R200 note and he says didn't you say R300 and I said no I said R100 93. Then he argues with me insisting I said R300 and I said no I said R100. What made me super angry was his attitude and always shouting at me then he takes my R200 and gives me my card back. After a long interaction I said to him now you take my R200 that I was supposed to use only R100 from it he said yes . Then he leaves me there goes to the window. I go to the window then I was asked to go inside. Two ladies Anda and Kim came to assist me. They asked him what happened in a high note shouting and pointing at me he tells them they try to calm him down he refuses to listen. The two ladies were very helpful. It is not about the mistake that happened at all it is his attitude that made me angry. And the fact that he was not willing to fix the situation but insisted on his version which was not true. He even told the ladies that at first I said R100 95 then I said R300 93. I told the ladies that that shell the service is always good even once I had a flat tire at work I drove passing two garages and went there cos I like the service I won't stop because of one ill mannered individual and asked when I come I never want to be assisted by him. I do have money and everytime I go there I will tip the person that will be serving me until it makes R300 as the ladies gave me my R200 back after I told them that he didn't even ask for my permission but just took my whole R200. The worse part I even tried to ask him now that this has happened how do we resolve it he was not willing to listen. That guy is not a person he is an animal. How do you have such employees.
