RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER QND MARSHALL MANAGER

I had a very terrible experience at shell garage the one that is based in Nyanga terminus I bought R30 telkom voucher on Friday the 2nd of Oct was assisted by a guy called Lwandiso got home the voucher dowant work it gives me an error that says recharge failed ,went back to the gas station after attempting the voucher 9 times in both mine and my mother's phone Spoke to the manager her name is Wendy she was very dismissive she told me to come back on Saturday Decided to call telkom customer services and the lady who helped told me that the voucher is inactive Went back to shell to tell them only to find out that both the guy that helped me(Lwandiso ) and the manager (Wendy) had already went home I asked one of the employees there what can I do and they told me to come back on monday because wendy will only be back Monday Which was very upsetting to me because she specifically told me to come back Saturday, so why would she tell me to come on a day she knows she going to be off at I went back Saturday morning and I spoke to the Marshall manager his Name is Avuyile he was extremely rude he told me I'm being ridiculous when I told him I want my money back because this voucher is working I told him to call the manager Wendy Amd she told me to come on Monday Now I'm a very busy person but I went back on Monday bacause i felt like these people are playing games with me nobody is willing or even trying to help me they are not even taking the voucher and call telkom themselves or whoever is supplying them with airtime On monday was the worst I spoke to wendy comfracted her about her lying to me and telling me to come back Saturday knowing she was going to be off she blatantly told me in my face she is not going to help me They decided to try the voucher at one of the employees phone and it worked on her phone and they said that the lady needs to transfer the airtime into my phone That was extremely upsetting to me because I find that very unprofessional because why must I be transfered airtime from a strangers phone When I refused the offer and asked for a refund both the Marshall manager (Avuyile ) and the manager (wendy ) Shouted at me and told me and don't know what I want and other's were laughing Avuyile went outside and wendy locked herself in her office leaving me unattended not assisted and lost aa yo wjat they next move will me I was very upset because the manager and the Marshall manager were very rude and very dismissive towards me

Both the manager and the Marshall manager are very unprofessional and they failed to do their duties They left me on the store nit assisted with my promblem theh were not remotely intrested in helping me I would like for them to be delt dealt with accordingly By whoever is above them

I'm shaking as I'm writing this because of anger and humiliation
