Rude and unpleasant manager at Shell Tongaat

<p>This morning I decided to full a tank of fuel in shell garage Tongaat. Which costed me R400 I decided to pay R200 cash and the remainder R2oo on my card the petrol attender refused and ask me to jump of my van and pay inside the store. I found this very time consuming and inconvenant for Me as I was already late for work. I then requested to have a chat with the manger who was very rude to me and didn't even apologise he told me that this is the rule of shell South Africa and that's the reason they petrol attended could not take the cash. I normally fill at other garages and paid with cash and card I don't see why it's a problem as they are getting there money. </p>
