Rude and Dangerous Practice by Shell Glenhove

I've never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect as this morning. I pulled over to check the pressure in my vehicle tyres, and it was clear that I am a healthcare worker (as my car has Dr signs on doors), yet, the staff had completely ignored me, continued to serve other cars (even cleaning windscreens). I wasn't expecting a VIP treat as a Dr but that rude guy didn't even ask his colleague (who wasn't busy) to help me. After 15 min, the cam, venting his chest like I did something wrong to him, and when I asked a simple question (are these machines calibrated?), he totally ignored me. He kept adding more pressure to tyes, so I asked him how come this machine keep adding pressure when I was here yesterday using another machine and been told the tyres have more pressure? He just ignored my comment, did the last tyre and moved away laughing and commenting in his own language.

I went to the next station (ENGEN), and we found that he added 1-bar extra to what I've asked him to do.

I've never disrespected petrol station attendance as they are great staff to the nation, but this particular guy has something wrong, A true shame to SHELL and to himself.
