RUDE AND BAD SERVICE

Shell Garage (FILLING STATION) Silverton has bad client service, i filled my car using card and I didn't have any cash on me. I then asked to use the bathroom and they asked I pay 5 rand. I didn't have any coins and i begged them that I just filled my car and don have any coins only card. They told me it's a rule and slammed the door on my face. Another client also filling his car tried to help and gave me coins which didn't even amount to 5 rand instead of them paying i to the cashier like they said, they took the coins. What type of garage askes clients to pay for a toilet even after paying 2000 rands for petrol. I understand if this was for passerby not someone with a receipt of their services.
