******* service at shell Tongaat filling station

Appualing customer service from staff at the Tongaat shell garage on the 8th of November 2020 approximately 7:20pm. I had an Emergency and required a tow rope to tow my car that had broken down so I went to the shell garage to look for some. When I arrived there I realized that I had forgotten my face mask inside the car that broke down. So I took a t shirt to cover my face. I sanitised my hands and entered the store. The rude cashier shouted at me to get out of the store as I had no mask. However I had a cloth covering my face the entire time. So I walked backed to the car got a mask and returned to the store. The cashier "zamambo" looked down upon me and was very reluctant to serve me. Then when I asked for tow rope, she told me she doesn't have any in a very rude tone of voice. Then I told her she could have spoken to me nicely she then said "voetsak" to me and then I turned around and asked to take a picture of her name so I can report her.. She showed me her badge and slapped my phone to the ground and took her mask off and told me that she will slap me. I told her she won't slap anyone,i told her that she's stupid because she doesn't want to serve me for not having a mask, however I had a cloth covering my face, and she Just took her. Ask off. And I just walked off. Zamambo could have at least asked how she can assist not just be rude to me. This is the 3rd time I've received ******* customer service at Tongaat shell garage
