Rotten food with bad service

<p>I visited a Shell Garage in Parkdene on Friday 23/06/2017 with my girlfriend and bought a Mince Wrap with a Best Before date of 25/06/2017 although the wrap was full of rotten. At first my girlfriend did not see the rotten as we went outside and were not under the lights. The wrap did not taste nice and after the first bite she looked at the wrap in the light. When taking the wrap back the lady on duty had a very bad attitude saying that there is nothing she can do the kitchen works with it and it did not exceed its BB date and gave me my money back. It is unacceptable that a franchise like Shell can sell rotten food and that the person on duty cannot have the decency to apologise. Not a good experience for myself. </p>
