Rob at Garage while filling up fuel @ Gunpoint Shell Garrage Military Road Steenberg ,Cape Town

To whom it may concern , Hi people of Cape Town please be aware off Shell Garage Military road , Steenberg on the 20 th of December 2017 I went to the garage pass 10 to fill up when pulling up I saw three gals and 1 guy hanging around there and the petrol adentees came to me to assist I ask them why is this ***** people hanging around there and they said that's why they assisting me fast a gal approach me from the front asking me for a lift and I said I'm sorry I can't because I'm not going that way obviously refusing and she left as the petrol atendee filling up one guy came from behind look like a gun in his hand put his hand threw my window and snatch my phone and ran there was no securities and nobody good help me the two atendees just stood there doing nothing not even assisting or warning me a guy standing behind me I spoke to owner reporting the matter and ask why there is no securities at night but he just spoke with a don't care attitude saying I must go to the police and there's nothing he can do I will be informing Shell head office as he said alot of instances happen there and people get rob there he told me that knowing it is hot spot for ********* I'm a customer and surely he must do something to ensure his customers safety I will never fill up there again as my life was in danger anything good of happen I won't advice any one to fill up there as I have heard by people saying it's a smash and grap hotspot I have spoken to other Shell garrage owners and they told me that owner don't care about his customers let us not support Shell Garrage Steenberg in Military Road Cape Town it's dangerous please be warned people God Bless
