Refused to help

I was at shell farmyard garage to buy drinks then I took soda water instead of Tonic water by mistake. Before I can exit the store I realised it and went back to change it. Agnes told me she can't I asked management or supervisor she said they work alone at night without supervisor she even refund to give me the store manager is number. She gave me an attitude.
