Refused to be serviced

Absolutely terrible service. The worst of the worst at Shell Watloo Pretoria. I was refused to be serviced by one petrol attendant because of my use of a valid fleet card. The quality Marshalls did not bother to come check. Instead I sat there listening to a petrol attendant boosting how he will never service a fleet card customer as R2000 was deducted from his pay. What ridiculousness is that. Poor service and poor training as there are valid procedures put in place to verify a fleetcard. For a new filling station I'm beyond disappointed by the service of this Shell Garage.
